Subscriptions

The Publisher reserves the right to amend any of the quoted subscription rates from time to time as they see fit, and to refuse or suspend the subscription for any individual or institution where the Publisher perceives there is an abuse of that subscription by any means – including, but not limited to, excessive usage in relation to the subscription paid and use of the content for commercial gain.

*Institutions
The rate quoted for institutions is for non-teaching/non-research use in a hospital palliative care department or in a hospice at a single site or for a hospital library at a single site.
Large academic institutions, multiple-site universities, multi-site and multinational organisations, and institutions offering related training courses, should apply for a specific quotation.
